Yesterday at approximately 6 pm we arrived at the host family’s doorstep. Then they showed us our rooms for the rest of the week and let us settle in. For dinner we had burger with home fries and onion rings. At the dinner table we had a little discussion/rant about the importance of beans on toast in british culture. Afterwards, the host family let us meet with some of our friends and we hung out for a minute at the local shop. By the time we came back home it was already pretty dark so we just headed straight to our rooms and spent the rest of our evening there
