Dear Readers,

Today we went on a trip to London and explored London on our own. Gabriel and I (Felix) followed Matteo, Luca, Enzo and Johannes and separated us from the main group. We saw many interesting things and beautiful places.

In the morning we rode the coach to London for about four hours. Then we went to Westminster Bridge and took photos of various sights and passed the London Eye on the other side of the Thames.

After that we went to Chinatown and enjoyed the nice Asian atmosphere. We also found a restaurant where we had some Chinese food for lunch.

The next station was Buckingham Palace where we took some photos and watched the Grenadier Guards standing there in front of the palace.

Subsequently we met Mrs. Pridik at the Hard Rock Café Merch Shop at Piccadilly Square. We also bought some shirts and souvenirs and got some ice cream afterwards. Then we waited for the entire group to show up. Next we went back by coach to our host families in Bournemouth.

After all, it’s been a great day in London with lots of activities and shops we could experience together with our friends. See you next time, when you read the next blog! It’ll be about our experience on Portland. Share your thoughts about our day in London!
