Yesterday we spent a great day at the Jurassic Coast. At 7:30 am we got picked up by the bus and drove to Weymouth, where we visited the new lighthouse. At the coast of the lighthouse we saw some big waves brake which just looked amazing. The sea was blue and the spray shot very high sometimes. We took some great pictures and fought against the strong wind. From there we drove to a way which leads straight to the Jurassic Coast. Our way took us through a short forest section and along some green and brown meadows. Mostly we had a good view a the blue sea. The last section of the path led over a very slippery staircase due to the rain that followed us the whole trip. And even though we had some umbrellas, we all got wet. But then we finally arrived. The Jurassic Coast was looking stunning! A green sea with a lot of waves. The hills around the coast formed like a circle around it. We we’re allowed to go into the water which was cold but somehow very refreshing. The beach was very rocky and inconvenient on the feet but still it was very cool to be there. Then we had some freetime to go into a cafe or visit the town that is located at the coast. At 4:15 pm the bus picked us up in the town and we drove home. It was a very wonderful day and moreover it was great to see the beautiful landscape we walked through.
