Our Day was very cold, wet, and windy, but in the end, full of warm memories. We went to Portland, Weymouth, and Lulworth Cove. In this blog, we will show you our interesting and funny day!
First, we visited a beautiful lighthouse and tried not to be blown away 🙂 Additionally, we enjoyed the amazing view of the coast, and Nicolas and Gabriel tried to take beautiful pic’s of our group, and especially, there was a “photoshoot” of our two love birds (Hannah & Matteo).
After that, we had 1 hour of free time. Nicolas, Katharina, Benjamin, and I (Lea) went to the beach to collect seashells. We found many beautiful seashells, but especially Benjamin.
Afterwards, we went hiking up a mountain, while we tried not to be blown away. It was very rainy, windy, and cold, but we took some photos of the view. Unfortunately, you can’t see very much, but you can still have a look at the picture.
Completely wet and cold, we decided to go into a cafe to warm up and get something to eat. We had a lot of fun talks and even a staring contest between Katharina and me (Lea).
Then it was time to go home. But after we left the coach, there was one last funny and a little bit embarrassing moment: Suddenly, some people started running after the bus! We thought they had been forgotten, but luckily, it was all planned. Tomorrow we want to know: WHY?!. We were so worried about them, but everything is all right now.
Overall, it was a really fun day, full of amazing views that we didn’t see :), hiking, seashells, food, and funny moments. Portland definitely blew us away – in more than one way! We are looking forward to bath tomorrow 🙂
